| 1. How much is shipping to my country? Do you ship to my country? |
WE SHIP ANYWHERE FOR FREE - POSTAGE IS INCLUDED We ship to all countries provided that Pay Pal payment is approved. We do not accept Visa on its own, sign up with Pay Pal if you want to pay by credit card. Will also accept BIDPAY payments.

| 2. How long will it take to get my DVD? |
We usually ship out the same or next day when we receive your order so usually within 10-14 days maximum. We will email you immediately if there is a delay but most of our dvds are always in stock! We do usually email you when order received but feel free to check if you want to make sure...sometimes we get overloaded with emails but we are always shipping out as fast as we can! If an item is no longer available we usually remove it from the site completely. If we are on vacation we usually take the site down temporarily so you know....

| 3. What forms of payment do you take? |
We accept Pay Pal but will gladly accept cash (euros, US dollars, pounds) or US or UK personal checks or money orders. Please email us to make arrangements to pay.

| 4. Are these dvds good quality? |
Yes we always select the best quality video available on the particular show or appearance, and it is edited and improved visually and sound (to Dolby in many cases) to the best of our abilities! We have a variety of sources so it may not always be first generation but only the best stuff we can find is used. We do not accept exchanges but do replace defective items with the same. Please ask if you want to know about a particular item.

| 5. I am looking for a particular band, is there a way for you to get it? |
Just email us if you are searching for something as we always try to get dvds in that people want....we specialize in old punk, early goth, some pop/alternative and rock n roll garage so its very unlikely we will be getting any Korn, Britney or Eminem so don't ask for these sort of bands! We also welcome trades, so email us if you have a video list. (no audio please).

| 6. How much are the dvds in pounds or pesos? |
On the front page we have a CURRENCY CONVERTER which you can use to check how much the shirts are in your own currency! The postage price includes YOUR country so whatever the currency converter says is the price for your order (ie $20 equals 10 UK pounds approx).

| 7. How often do you get in new stuff? |
About every month we are adding new titles, so it pays to check back!

| 8. What is your return/exchange policy? Will this dvd play on my machine? |
If item is defective we can replace with same! All our dvds are REGION FREE and play on 99% of worldwide machines!! If there is a technical problem, we are always here to help assist you to work it out so you can enjoy these dvds.
